Iowa’s jobs picture is looking brighter, according to the folks at Iowa Workforce Development, but some folks are still having trouble getting work.  State officials say the skills gap is the biggest obstacle, with many openings requiring knowledge that available workers don’t have. The latest jobless report has Iowa unemployment at 4.2 percent.
