The fraud trial has been delayed for a former lottery worker charged with fixing the Hot Lotto game and then buying the winning ticket and setting up a scheme to cash it. Eddie Tipton’s lawyer says prosecutors notified him on Friday of new evidence, giving him little time to prepare a defense against it. The trial date has been moved to July 13th.
