Homemakers Furniture is hosting their annual free Trick or Treat event at Homemakers on Thursday, October 27, 4:00 – 7:00pm. It is a free public event that provides a warm and safe trick-or-treat experience.

“We always enjoy hosting our Trick or Treat event for families in the Des Moines area to attend. It’s a fun way for us to give back to the community and celebrate the holiday with a free family-friendly event,” Dave Merschman, Homemakers’ president said.

This event will take place inside of Homemakers’ Urbandale showroom, where families can visit goodie stations throughout the store. Costumes are encouraged for attending families. Children must be accompanied by an adult and will be given a variety of treats.

Homemakers will also be hosting their annual Pictures with Santa Claus event November 12-13, 11:00am – 3:00pm. Families in the community can come and receive a free digital photo of them with Santa.

Homemakers is partnering with the Blank Park Zoo, Iowa Cubs, Science Center of Iowa, Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids, Stuff A Buddy, and NFM who help make this event possible.
