LOCAL BLOOD DONORS NEEDED
As we wrap up the first month of the new year, LifeServe Blood Center is urging community members to roll up a sleeve and give blood donation a try.
Donor retention is a big struggle we face at LifeServe. Many of our donors only donate
1-2 times per year, but if they all committed to giving one more blood donation this
year, our blood supply would be in a much more stable state. We encourage you to
Give One More in ’24 to help the local blood supply!
Check out an upcoming neighborhood blood drive near you.
DMPS Kurtz Opportunity Center Blood Drive, 2/9/2024 from 8am-1pm at 1000
Porter Ave., Des Moines.
