Police have arrested three people they’ve linked to a series of burglaries plaguing Altoona.  James Gachii, Mao Osman and Rashid Ibrahim have been charged with unauthorized use of credit cards, and Gachii was also charged with burglary.  There have been 13 similar cases since October.
