Extra police will be out on the streets today for St. Patrick’s Day.  Each law enforcement agency has come up with an independent plan for traffic enforcement, and they’re expected to add more patrols. They'll specifically be looking for those under the influence behind the wheel. Nationwide, 68 people on the average are killed on St. Patrick’s Day because of drunk driving.
