Iowa’s governor and attorney general are on opposite sides of a lawsuit being considered in the U-S Supreme Court.  Governor Branstad joins with other Republican governors arguing against the EPA implementing mercury and toxic air standards for power plants because of costs they’d incur.  AG Tom Miller is backing the EPA, saying public health is more important.
