Iowa could cut the number of teen driving deaths in the state by adopting a stronger graduated driver license law…that’s the word from a new national study.  It recommends raising the driver licensing age to 17, and not allowing instruction permits before age 16.  Right now, you can get an instructional permit at 14-and-a-half.
