Iowa’s high school graduation rates are improving, according to the latest report from the state’s department of education.  Nine of the state’s 10 largest districts – including Des Moines – saw increases in the graduation rates over the past year.  Statewide, nearly 91 percent of the Class of 2014 got their diplomas.
