Des Moines is getting 11 of its proposed housing projects funded in part through the Iowa Economic Development Authority.  The authority had committed 20 million dollars in tax credits to 37 projects statewide.  Among the projects approved were the renovation of the Register and Tribune building and the River Point West area.
