Gas prices appear ready to tumble.  The Energy Department is forecasting drivers will see the lowest summer gas prices since 2009.  Prices in Des Moines have already dropped a couple of pennies per gallon this week, to $2.27 per gallon. The drop in prices could impact summer travel.
