The Iowa Economic Development Board gave the thumbs up to 25 million dollars in extra tax breaks for the Iowa Fertilizer Plant in Lee County. The Egyptian-based company building the plant has agreed to add 11 more jobs, bringing the total employed at the facility to 180.
